Data and purpose
We process your nickname, email, account credentials, workspace records, attachments, feedback, and security logs to operate and protect the service. Passwords are hashed, not stored as readable text.
Access and providers
Workspace access is permission-controlled. The designated platform administrator can view account information and feedback, not tenant contracts or files through the management area. Enabled hosting, email, and billing providers must be disclosed below.
Retention and requests
Request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact channel below. Retention periods, legal bases, international transfers, and applicable rights must be finalized before launch. No automated deletion or universal compliance is promised.
Location and language
When enabled, a trusted proxy supplies an IP-derived country to suggest a language. The language resolver stores the selected language, not a copy of your IP or precise location. Network and security logs may separately contain IP addresses.
